The short answer
At Cleanplicity, a standard cleaning starts at $216, a deep cleaning at $297 and a move-in / move-out cleaning at $351. Those starting prices are for homes under 1,000 square feet. Bigger homes take more time, so the price grows with the square footage.
Every price includes all the products, tools and equipment. You don't buy or prepare anything.

Homes over 5,000 sq ft and offices are priced after a short call, because every space is different.
What changes the price
1. Square footage, more than bedrooms
Two homes with three bedrooms can take very different amounts of time. A 1,500 sq ft starter home and a 2,800 sq ft two-story are not the same job, which is why we price by size instead of by room count.
2. The type of cleaning
A standard cleaning keeps a home that's already in good shape fresh. A deep cleaning adds the detail work: baseboards, door frames, vents, switches and grout. A move-in / move-out cleaning is the most complete, because the home is empty and we clean inside cabinets, drawers and appliances too. Not sure which one you need? 3. Extras you add

4. The condition of the home
If a home hasn't been cleaned professionally in a long time, it simply takes longer. If what we find at the door is very different from the details you gave us, we tell you before we start. No surprises at the end.
How to get more out of every visit
- ✓Start with a deep cleaning, then keep it up. The first visit resets the home. After that, a standard cleaning is enough to keep it there.
- ✓Clear counters and floors before we arrive. We clean, we don't declutter. Every minute spent moving things around is a minute not spent cleaning.
- ✓Tell us your priorities. If the kitchen matters most this time, say so when you book.
- ✓Book your preferred day early. Busy weeks, like the end of the month for move-outs, fill up first.
