Do you offer a discount for new customers?
Yes. New customers get 10% off their first cleaning. Just tell us it’s your first cleaning when you call or text. In the online price calculator, check “This is my first cleaning” and the discount is applied for you.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. Maria brings all the products, tools and equipment. You don't need to buy or prepare anything.
Are you insured?
Yes, Cleanplicity is insured, so your home is covered on every visit.
What if something isn't right?
If anything isn't right, tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean it, at no cost.
Is the day I choose confirmed right away?
Your preferred day is a request, because it depends on availability. Maria texts you to confirm it or to offer the closest open time.
Do you pick up or organize my things?
No. Picking up and organizing personal items isn't part of any cleaning. Clear counters and floors let us spend your time on cleaning.
